At NQF Level 6, the L&D curriculum expands into organisational and strategic territory: designing and implementing learning strategies aligned with business objectives, managing the full L&D function including budgeting, vendor management, and LMS administration, leading complex programme design projects, facilitating at executive and leadership levels, measuring and reporting on learning impact using sophisticated evaluation frameworks, managing skills development compliance and SETA relationships, and leading and developing a team of L&D practitioners.
